Heat Resistant Coatings<\/h2>\n

Heat Resistive Coatings are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from 150\u00b0C (300\u00b0F) to over 760\u00b0C (1,400\u00b0F) while providing protection against corrosion.<\/p>\n

Composed of either organic or inorganic materials, high-temperature coating resins could either be an\u00a0epoxy<\/strong><\/a>, epoxy phenolic,\u00a0epoxy<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>novolac, silicone, or a more specialized multi-polymeric matrix depending on the level of temperature resistance required.<\/p>\n

For service under insulation, a single-component product can be used for a wide range of operating temperatures and provides excellent protection against corrosion under insulation (CUI). In areas where insulation is not required, a two-coat system consisting of a primer and silicone topcoat is recommended.<\/p>\n
